Marketplace Data

Vistoya operates a product marketplace that aggregates and displays product listings from third-party retailers ("Stores"). In connection with the marketplace, we collect and process the following data:

  • Product data: Product names, descriptions, images, prices, URLs, and classification metadata (categories, styles, occasions) sourced from publicly available Store catalogs.
  • Store data: Store names, logos, website URLs, and catalog metadata necessary to operate and display Store listings on the platform.
  • Search and browsing data: Search queries, filter selections, and product interactions on the marketplace to improve search relevance and recommendations.

Product and Store data is sourced from publicly available information and is used solely to operate the Vistoya marketplace. We do not sell this data to third parties. Stores may request removal of their listings by contacting us at [email protected].

Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server

Vistoya provides a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that allows AI assistants and third-party applications to programmatically access marketplace data. In connection with the MCP server, we collect and process the following:

  • Data exposed: The MCP server provides access to product listings, search functionality, store information, and filter metadata from the Vistoya marketplace. This data is derived from publicly available Store catalogs and Vistoya's classification system.
  • Usage logging: We log MCP requests including timestamps, query parameters, and client identifiers for security monitoring, rate limiting, and service improvement.
  • No personal data in responses: The MCP server does not return personal user data. Responses contain only product and store catalog information.
Data Retention

We retain data for the following periods:

  • Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
  • Marketplace product and store data: Retained for as long as the Store listing is active on the platform. Removed upon Store request or when a Store is delisted.
  • MCP and API usage logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and operational purposes, then automatically deleted.
  • Analytics and log files: Retained for up to 12 months, then aggregated or deleted.
Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

vistoya does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
