Users may purchase a Pro('Host') Account to gain access to additional features. By purchasing a Pro Account, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change the fees for the Pro Account at any time.
5. User Content
a. License to Us: By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service and our business.
b. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content you post. You must not post User Content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
c. Limitation of Liability for UGC: Users acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any content posted by users ("User Content"). The Company does not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of any User Content, nor does it assume any responsibility for any User Content that infringes upon the rights of third parties.

- Discriminatory or hateful based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected status
- Vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive
- Promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
Any violation of this policy will result in immediate action, which may include:
- Removal of content without prior notice
- Suspension or permanent termination of your account
- Reporting to relevant authorities where applicable
We reserve the right to monitor, review, and investigate activity on the platform. Users found in violation of this Zero-Tolerance Policy will not be given warnings before enforcement actions are taken.
8. Notifications and Emails
By creating an account, you agree to receive notifications and promotional emails from us. You can opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails. We may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

In no event shall vistoya, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or (vi) user content or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the EU laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Brand identifiers
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that the name "vistoya" and its associated logo seen on our website/social media accounts are distinctive identifiers of our brand. These identifiers are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, and any unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited. You are not granted any rights or licenses to use the Vistoya name or logo without our prior written consent. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Vistoya name and logo remain the exclusive property of our company.
15. Marketplace
Vistoya operates a product marketplace that aggregates and displays product listings from third-party retailers ("Stores"). By using the marketplace, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Product listings, prices, availability, and other catalog information are sourced from third-party Stores and may not always be accurate or up to date. Vistoya does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product information displayed on the marketplace.
- Vistoya is not a party to any transaction between you and a Store. Purchases are made directly through the Store's website, and the Store's own terms, privacy policy, and return policies apply to those transactions.
- Product classifications, categories, and style labels are generated by Vistoya's automated systems and are provided for discovery purposes only.
- You may not systematically scrape, bulk-download, or reproduce marketplace listings for use outside the Vistoya platform without prior written consent.
16. Model Context Protocol (MCP) API Access
Vistoya provides a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that allows AI assistants and third-party applications to programmatically access product catalog data, including product listings, search functionality, and store information. By accessing or using the Vistoya MCP server, you agree to the following:
- You will use MCP access solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You will not use MCP access to scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy catalog data for use outside the Vistoya ecosystem without prior written consent.
- You will not attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or other access controls applied to the MCP server.
- Vistoya reserves the right to revoke, throttle, or modify MCP access at any time without prior notice.
- Data returned through the MCP server is provided "as is." Vistoya makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or availability of data served via MCP.
- You will not misrepresent your identity or the identity of your application when accessing the MCP server.
- MCP requests are logged for security and operational purposes. By using the MCP server, you consent to the collection of request metadata as described in our Privacy Policy.
17. RSS Feed
Vistoya provides an RSS feed at vistoya.com/feed.xml that publishes article metadata including titles, descriptions, publication dates, and links. By accessing or using the RSS feed, you agree to the following:
- The RSS feed is provided for personal use, news aggregation, and search engine indexing purposes.
- You may display feed content in a feed reader or aggregator, provided that each item links back to the original article on Vistoya.
- You may not republish full article content obtained through the feed without prior written consent.
- Vistoya reserves the right to modify the feed format, content, or availability at any time.
- Automated access to the RSS feed must respect reasonable rate limits. Excessive or abusive polling may result in access being blocked.
