Refund Policy

At vistoya we try to provide the best services for all our users. We want to make sure that everyone have the best experience, but sometimes you might not feel like you've gotten the value you were looking for. In such cases you are eligible to request a refund up to 14 days after purchase. Furthermore, once you request a refund, you are no longer permitted to use the premium product features. Upon receiving a refund, all licenses to these features are revoked, and you are not authorized to use the product in any form or for any purpose.

Billing Policies

By opting for these paid features, you agree to the prices and payment terms we have posted, which we may change at our discretion. Account Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time, but please note that you will not receive a refund upon cancellation. If Dribbble Group suspends or terminates your account or these Terms for any reason, you acknowledge that you will not receive a refund.
